Extremely poor service and full of Arrogance

Dear Friends,

I had recently bought a kichen appliances of FABER HEATKRAFT make for around 15, 000 Rs from this dealer who made some good sales talk initially till the time the full money was paid and later changed completely. The product is full of issues as it is most likely a defective peice and this guy says that talk to the company as his job is over once he sold the product. I think in the era when service standards are of prime concerns, we have unfortunately people like these who still take customer on ride. It is good that these forum provide opportunity to share the experience and completely boycott such dealers. Pl. spread this to the people known to you as I have also done so that such dealers are taught a lesson. I hope based on my experience, noone else will fall prey to this.
