Fake IMEI chinese mobile

I have purchased a latest tv pda dual sim mobile from the power seller game_mastr on 3 may 09 for rs. 4790 over EBAY website. My paisa pai id is 24202894030. At time of purchase seller given me one year warrenty with Valid IMEI no in MObile. However, last year in october month i recived many sms from Airtel that your mobile have invalid imei no and get valid imei no from govt approved centres. When i contacted seller (Mr Faheem) he told me that this is marketing gimics of airtel your mobile will work after 29 nov. After nov 09 my mobile stpped working and when i contacted govt. centres they told me no one can allot you valid imei now. And seller told me that he can set new imei no in my mobile provided i have blue tooth connected laptop/pc.

Now, i am 100 percent sure that seller will cheating me after setting doped/fake imei no in my mobile, which may work few days but after some time it will be banned by the operators.

It is humble requested please stop selling fake imei no chinese mobile over ebay site and help me refund my total cost of mobile. I am going to raise complaint government of india consumer complaint website"Jago ghrahak jago" because i have proper bill of mobile.
