Repair of Godrej Washing machine

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have phoned to your Just dial Office on 09/06 evening for want to authorised Godrej Service centre for repair of my Godrej Washing machine at Pocket-1, Sector-20, Rohini, New Delhi - 110086. After two minutes I have received a call and he told me that We are Fast Tech Service (authorised service Centre of Godrej co.)and repir the Godrej Washing machine.

On 11/06 at 11.00 A.M. the technician of Fast Tech Service came to my house and repair the same for Rs. 2000.00 (Two thousand only). On 12/06 my family wash the clothes of Washing machine and have seen the machine is not working. After that I have phoned to Technician (Mr. Kapil- 9560478898) who came to my house and he told me that you please talk with my Office Supervisor Mr. Anil-9711167026). I have requested to Mr. Anil in several times and all times he told me that within a day our technician will visit your house and repair the same but till date nobody come to my house.

I have phoned to Godrej Service Centre and they have sent their Engineer (Mr. Dushyant-9891169644 and survey the machine and repair bill and he surprised that even single repairing work was not done in the machine and Claim high amount. They have refused the repair of the machine.

I, therefore, requested to you please lodge a complain to Fast Tech Service and take necessary action for repair my machine and in future not harassment of others like me.

I have enclosed the scanned copy of repair Bill for your reference please.
