Not attending the calls

Respected Sir,

I called one BPL Service Centre for repair of BPL washing machine. One Shri Amit attended the call and came to repair the machine. He changed the motor of the machine and one drainage pipe and water in put pipe for which he charged Rs.2160. He gave the receipt of Fast Tech Service, Builidng No.1516, 3rd Floor, Kotla Mubarakpur, South Extension Part I, New Delhi-110003. Since the machine is not working proporly, I comlained and talked to Amit. First he did not attend the call. Then told me I am on leave for one month. You talk to the company. I have been requested one Mr. Ajay. He is either not attending the phone or disconnect it.

Strict action may be taken against such persons.
