SET TOP BOX NOT WORKING

Hi team,

I am that Mr Parminder Kumar S/o Sh. Shiv Bahadur . my set top box is not working in last 2 months i have also this regarding complaint in fastway complaint number 92170-92170 complaint number is this 153340 but till date not solution on this problem in my life i have not seen to be very very bad service . i have confirm the same for local cable opreator no is this 9855000721 not to be coprate.
