Electronics and household app.

Two complaints:

I) my prepaid connection - i went to get my prepaid connection on 14th July and it finally got activated on 21st July. To add to this problem, i got a system message stating that i have to submit my prepaid enrollment form to The nearest airtel outlet to enjoy continued services. and then, on 25th July, my phone stopped working.

the thing is, the prepaid enrollment forms are always with the office itself .. my prepaid connection took so long for it to get activated..

II) my broadband connection - it keeps on fluctuating. it does not work most of the time and recently when i tried to call the customer care (121), no one picks up the call.

This is heights. It's high time that they listen to the complaints. every time that i have gone to them with a complaint, they always come up with the same excuse - our systems are running slow, our computers are migrating.

Please, either recommend another option because it's not a luxury but a die hard necessity. Internet is necessary, and a phone connection is necessary.

Airtel is only a big name now... it no longer offers the good services once recognized for.
