This is to inform you that recently we faced problems with our washing machine FBI ELEENA Its cant work properly i hv complaint head office dehli my complaint no 5008136 id no 209691 they refferd to jalandhar ifb care center but after two days jalandhar ifb care center refer it ludhiana ifb care center but after 5 days my complaint still not complited. its a poor service because they assure me that ur complaint will be complited in 24 hours very poor service. it is still in warranty piriod
