Samsung Washing Machine
No service even after one month of registering complaint

I had purchased a samsung washing machine which became non-functional on 15/12.I registered a complaint with samsung service center (phone no: 0471 2465347) on 18/12 and the complaint no is 8418715944.Since the problem was not rectified I contacted the manager Mr George on 13/1.Iwas assured that the complaint would be rectified in a day. But nothing has happened and the manager now does not attend the calls. Each time I contact the service they will ask for the details and will assure to call back in 10 minutes, but nothing happens. Without exaggeration i can say that I have already made 60-70 calls. It is a shame that the staff of your service center finds happiness in fooling people and such irresponsible behaviour even from the part of the manager is unbecoming of an officer with responsibility. A washing machine is of daily use. The service center had told that spare parts are available. Inspite of this they are unwilling to attend to the complaint. Seeking some action.
