(POOR SERVICE SUPPORT)

Dear Sir/madam,

I bought a mobile phone of FIRST CHOICE ENTERPRISES (P) LTD. model number FC-104-A. on 22/11 . I faced a problem in my handset from the month of July 09 . then I was trying on their given number on mobile box. but the number was switched off. I tryied it many days but the mobile was still switched off. they had also shifted the co. support office ffrom sainik for to any where else in okhla. I found the same address on their website. but on the site given phone numbers are not picking any one. then I visited the given address D-4 okhla Phase - I . but no one was there to attend the call. I am very upset because of that & not able to use my mobile phone.

Kindly help me out from this.
