About nine months ago i purchased a cropton greaves pedestral fan from M/s Flash elecricals, Mutalakkulam. The gurantee period of the same is two yers. At the time

of purchase they assured that if any complaint occurs they should make it clear.

when i reached home the fan was working, but there was vibration in its working.

in the noicy environment i was not noticed the same at the time of purchase.

i continued using it due to risk of cariying it to and fro.

some days ago i noticed that some screws was misplaced on the fan. The vibration

was due to bend on the leaf of the fan. They concealed it and cheated me at the

time of purchase.

some days ago i approched them for service. But they refused to give service and

demanded aditional payment, claiming that the damage was made by me and

company refused to give service. But the fact was that the fan was in the same

condition when i purchased.
