I ordered CAPDASE case for HTC DESIRE S but was delivered WILDFIRE S case on 6th Jan.

The product id and other product details were correct in the shipment message. I logged complain against wrong product delivered to their customer care. They called me back and made sure the product will be replaced. When i didn't get their further response i wrote back to their customer care.

This time they replied the product will not be replaced as it doesn't fall under 30 day replacement programme.

Now, i ended up paying for the wrong product which i don't require.
