Keys are not working

I've bought Fly-B450 from Electric Point, Ghaziabad. Within a months time the scroll and Ok buttons are behaving in dead manner. Regret to say that even after offering the 1 yrs warranty the store people are not taking interest in getting my problem resolved.

I am also into the retail sector but this is for the first time, I came to know that store people are not responsible for the product they've sold to the customer and customer needs to wonder here and there for getting the problem resolved. Being Sales people, they need to satisfy the customer not only at the time of selling the product and ensuring their incentive rather also after selling the products to maintain customer trust.

Its really ridiculous that the company claiming to be the best in their sector don't have any contact number mentioned on their Website.
