Phone not repaired

I've bought a FLY mobile phone from Ahmedabad - Bopal area dealer's name is MOBILEPLUS, the LCD of the phone stopped working after 15 days, I went to the serveice station of FLY mobile but the service station was closed as they have surrendered to the company I went to the dealer before 10 days I gave him the phone but still as on date the phone has been not repaired, I went to the dealer today but he said the phone has not been repaired & it may take more 20days or more than that. pl. do the needful
