FLY B470 FAULT

Dear sir,

I am Umang bhatt fro Baroda (Gujarat). I bought a Fly B470 handset from M/S.Jasmin on 16/04.From very beginning this hand set started giving me problem that, Track pad was not working. then they took 10 days to repair and replace that part. After then I submitted my handset four times for network problem. Once they kept this hand set for 32days (14th nov to 16th dec) for repairing and they said that, they replace entire pcb.after then I deposited my hand set thrice for the same problem and I got back after three days. Last week I spoken to Mr. Amit chouhan (Head office) 09311282589 regarding this problem. He updated my software without making any job sheet with in 25 minutes. The same problem persisted right now also. I fully frustrated with this handset and your services. pl take correct action on this, other vise I will go to consumer court and I have all the proofs related this
