I am Shahabuddin Hashemi from Vadodara Gujarat, I am attaching the mail I've sent to Fly customer care, my main conern is, we bought Fly cell phone and after 1 month there was problem with the keypad. It was given to the nearest service centre and again we had a same problem with the keypad, then it was sent to Noida Main technical support centre, on Oct. 20. and no reply after calling end number of times, we were commited the out handset is attached and again new store, once we call on 0120-6667770, speak to Mr Chinmesh and got fake commitments. We are trouble and no where, as we told them we will file a complain against your company and they use that, "Apko jo karna he karo, case karna hai koi problem nahin go ahead" on 0120-6667770. Let me copy and paste the order no and the full mail and go now reply since from 27-12..

I am Shahabuddin Hashemi, I've bought your FLY V170 in the month and gifted to my sister "Rifat" this was my biggest mistake of my life. Handset in the tenure of FREE service preiod get stuck and we gave this handset twice to repiar, now this is 2 months, I've submitted handset on Oct., 20. Now I have loose my patience and not expecting that I am getting my handset back. I called on your 0120-6667770, got a fake commitment end number of times from your rep. Chinmesh. This is the last and final update to you about the same order no. if you are interested and think about some aspect of customer service, reply of this mail and give me some feedback or status within 3 days; otherwise this time I am going to STERN action against your company and this time I want answer in black and white.
