Fly DS160
Regarding replacement of display screen

My name is Pankaj Bhatia and in month of august i bought mobile phone of Fly Company model number FLY DS160.

The phone display one day stopped working and we could hear only the sound but nothing was being displayed on mobile phone. I took the mobile phone to service center of Fly where they said the screen would have to be replaced. But it has been around three months still i haven't got my display screen changed.

I went to service center many a times but every time i got the same reply from your employees that they haven't got the screen yet. The phone is still in warranty but still i have not got any proper service. I have faced a lot of difficulties in past few months.
