Not proper service

Hi i'm saurav gupta

in march end i have bought a mobile set of FLY company model no. e106

in last month i have to face a problem in the head phone connecter and when i went to the service center they refuse to repair the handset.

now due to some consiquences my handset body is broken from the left down corner and the touch on the screen is not working properly

and when i went to service center to repair the touch of the screen then they again refuse to repair the touch and tell me that my handset is out of warrenty now and according to me with the reference of the bill there are 6 months of warrenty is left

plz help me repair my handset & reply me as soon as possible
