Sir,
It is with great agony that I wish to bring to your kind notice the callousness shown by the staff of your service center
I bought a mobile phone under Inv. No. 804 dated 10/1 bearing nos. FLY E 145 (S/N DROE 145CA 00543. IMEI No.1 910040 720044317. IMEI No. II 910040720197313. EAN: 8902964118918) from Quality Mobile phone sales & services, Shop No. S-30 ground floor, GCDA complex, Ernakulam -34 (Invoice No. 804) on 10.01.11. When I connected the handset to computer on 16.01.11, the data cable was not detecting properly. 17.01.11 was Sunday. So the next day I went to your service center (Rassi Enterprises, Chittor road, Ernakulam) But I could not see the technician because he was on leave that day. I am adviced by the receptionist to meet him next day. I went next day (ie. On 19/1) and hand over the set for repairing and received the receipt.
For the last thirty days my mobile phone is lying dead in your service centre. Inspite of several reminders, no action has been taken yet by your service center. From your service centre I got the reply is that they sent the mobile set to the headoffice and not getting any response from there. So they are helpless. It is really surprising that FLY LINKZ such a reputed firm is not heeding my complaint. I hope you will take a prompt action and oblige.
