Not reply from service cente

Dear Sir,

My self Bhuri singh (Reliance communication (mye ployee code-27627267).jaipur I purchased Fly Mobile jaipur. But after 3 month i saw problem in my handset charging, when i visite in fly cervice center in jaipur they open my phone and crused my sim card and memory card reader part say to me charge will be rs-510noly i am ready to pay but till date I dont received any call from that cervice center & when I m going there the Executive told me "I DONT HAVE TIME FOR GOING TO REPAIR YOUR MOBILE AS & WHEN I GET TIME I WILL GO OR I DO NOT GO YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SAME" This is not good answer from the service center today 25days are going but no answer from the service Centre. Kindly note the same & do the needfull in the matter.
