No Customer Service

Hi,

I am having ringing issue in my MC100 Fly phone for nearly 6 months. I purchased it 2 years back and it is in out of warranty condition.

I took my phone to Sony Cellphone, Gurgaon Service Center. That guy kept my phone for 15 days. I had instructed him to send the phone to company if he is unable to repair. But he didn't. When I received the phone, and started using it, I started getting a new problem of charging discharging error on screen.By the time I contacted FLY again and with your recommendation, went to Sri Balaji Telecommunications service center in Kalkaji, Delhi. They took 2 complaints, one for ringing and other for charging discharging. they kept the phone for 7 days and charged 300/- to repair both the problems. But in actual none of the problem was resolved. I still have that issue. I was advised to get the PCB changed as a complete solution for these problems, that would cost me around 3000/-. I showed the phone to a known local repairer. He showed me that the pads on the PCB to which I/O connector is soldered are damaged. All the pins of the connector were not properly soldered due to damaged pads on the PCB. I was shocked to see that. This is clearly a mishandling of the phone by Gurgaon/Kalkaji service center. My actual problem was ringing and for no reason I am landed in a new trouble with my phone.

Now I understand that it really cannot be corrected without the PCB replacement, but my concern to FLY is why I am liable to pay for that. Its all together related to the engineers who are repairing the phones. They should have been trained enough to take care of delicate parts in the board.

The phone is with me right now. I am highly embarassed with the service. Both the service center have given offline service to my problem and didn't enter the complaint online. That's why the FLY customer executive was not able to track the job work done on my phone.

I have mentioned my IMEI no. in the subject. I request you to do whatsover is feasible from your end to repair my phone. If I can get a new phone as a replacement for the old one, by paying some extra amount, do let me know, otherwise arrange for the repair for my existing handset.
