I purchased fly mc160 from m/s Parshotam enterprises, Bari Brahmana, Samba, Jammu on 11/11

Since they could not provide me the litrature of the same model and assured me to get it exchanged If the features of the same could not satisfied me. I just went to the shop keeper today 12 /11 to get it replaced but they catoagorically refused to replace. I cheked its camera function only, which do not have satisfiactory result. I just felt cheated by the dealer. Now i just request you to kindly do a favour to replace the same with another model with dual sims and internet service. I have not used the moblie at all

kindly reply me what actions are being taken by your. If Idid not recive the reply from your end Imay be force to move to consumer court
