Mobile Not working for tata docomo and now reliance sim cards

I took the mobile and not even used it for 5 days continuously. It gets switched off automatically every 2 mins. 2nd sim slot stopped working. I got it exchanged and checked to find that tata docomo doesnt work on the phone. I was asked to change sim. SO MEAN!!?

However they installed some software to support tatadocomo.

and now not even a single day i used and now switching off every min. Now relaince is not working on the phone. I checked in other mobiles n the both sim cards have no problem.

Please suggest me. I dont want this mobile and i want complete cash to be returned. I am fed up. I want to place a complaint. I dont want one more exchange.
