(I am truly livid and serious on this problem)

This is to inform you that i had purchased your mobile "fly mc 160" around 2 years back, which now has been stopped manufacturing by you...

My complain is about the full handset itself as:

1) the key-pads print has gone off (no replacements for it in market)

2) Main problem is that the phone goes "on-off" anytime (either working, talking,

messaging)

3) no battery replacement for it.

I have even checked out in your service centers but there there is no reply or feedback given to me on my problem. I am not tell that i don't want to use your company cell phones but then what to do now..even my friends taught of taking fly cell but now because of this they will think... so my opinion to you is that you give me your new phone in replacement of this one... and give me the reply of this complain as soon as posible.

I live and have gone to ghatkopar care center 4-5 times but there is no result on my problem..."fly mc 160" is a touch and type both style phone so in replacement i want an equivalent phone from your company... please don't make me feel that i have done mistake by buying your cell phone..!!! ]
