DEAR SIR,
I PURCHASE A FLY MOBILE B-430 ON 11 MARCHTHE WARRENTY IS FOR ONE YEAR. I HAVE A BILL ALSO. MBILE GIVING A PROBLEM. I GO TO SERVICE CENTER FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT ON 7TH FEB. THE SERVICE CENTRE RETURN MY SET ON THE SAME DAY EVENING . HE SAY PLS CHECK IT .IT AGAIN GIVEN PROBLEM . I AGAIN GO TO SERVICE CENTER ON 8TH FEB & TOLD THE ENGENIEER IT IS NOT WORKING ITS HANGING . HE TOLD ME THAT I WILL SEND UR SET TO THE COMPANY. HE GIVE ME A SERVICE RECEIPT ON 8TH FEB . THE SERVICE RECEIPT NO. 758..ONE AND HALF MONTH GO THE COMPANY CANT RETURN MY SET . WHEN I CALL TO THE CUSTOMER CARE HE TOLD ME THAT UR SET IS IN PROCESS U WILL RECCEIVED A SET ON 11 TH MARCH . ON 12TH MARCH I AGAIN CALL TO SERVICE CENTER FOR STATUS OF MY SET . THEY TOLD ME THAT PLS WAIT FOR 3 DAYS. TODAY AGAIN I CALL TO THE CUSTOMER CARE . MADAM TOLD ME ITIS UNDER PROCESS WAIT TILL MONDAY 21ST MARCH . WHEN I TOLD THEM WHY U TELLING LIE . THEN I TOLD THE CUSTOMER CARE I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT .THEY TOLD ME ITS DEPEND UPON U. SO I REQUESTED U PLS TOLD THE COMAPANY SEND ME A NEW MOBILE OR REFUND MY MONEY.
