REPLACED MOBILE SERVICE WARRENTY

While servicing my fly b430-ds

they replaced my mobile before 2months of warrenty duration and not giving any special warrenty for replaced mobile except the previous warrenty.

But they should give the warrenty for replaced set bacouse it may be the duplicate mobile

thats why my replaced hand set not wroked for 2 months also and its scren display is not working and i have to replace it.

My problem is "my previous warrenty duration is finished and they are charging money for service"

what my point is after replcing my handset, not at 2months also got completed and there is a problem in display of my handset. They might have given me the duplicate handset.
