I have re install companey mob softewewre and now camera is not working

My phone was hanged and they heve installed new soft weare and now camera is not working and i have repaired hand set at dt 24, 25-01 and now they are saying that just fore taking new camera from sirvice station i have to keep my mobile for 20 to 25 days so how can i keep my mob only for teking out new camera from sirvice station for 25 days i have no other mob instead of keeping mob at service station my mob they can call me when they have avelabel new camera
