Mobile not working well

I purchased a fly mobile MC 160 three months ago.

It started malfunctioning in the same week.

When contacted dealer he just gave a list of service centres saying he has nothing to do with this after sale.

Then I got the phone repaired but again same problem arised after three weeks.

Now I just want the company to refund my money or replace the defective handset.
