Fly mobile C-250
ARROGANT RESPONSE OF SERVICE CENTRE FOR MY COMPLAIN

Sir,

I have purchased Fly mobile fly C-250 vide bill no 1055 dated 24 May from Jai Mata Di Telecome, F-5455, Ist Floor, Raisar Plaza Jaipur-1, Worth Rs. 3390.00. In first instance it lost its software which was restored by service centre vide work order no. FIN106VWS10645 DT 05 Jun 10 ./

Initially from the date of purchase it is not reading Tata Indicom 12527 message and showing message read failed and even the messages are not deleting. On 01 Jun I have contacted service centre Vishwas System, A-8 Shastri Nagar jaipur-16, Mr Dharamraj, mobile no 9024766899 and Mr Akash, Ser. manager Rajasthan mobile no. 9351355827, 9309004070 and logged written complaint about my problems but instead of solving my problems they behaved very rudely and not attained me. They told come after 2-3 days, since then I am continuing approaching but result is fruitless. Please help me out
