Not taking proper response from Patna FLY Service Centre

I Ajay Kumar, purchase my Fly mobile (Model No. E111) as on 11th February. My mobile is not displaying anything and not charging properly therefore

I hand over my Mobile (Model No. E111, IMEI No. 910003070051894) to your Authorized centre at Patna ("Smart Network Communication, Shop No.1, Ground Floor, Hotel Shree Krisna, Opposite to old Jail Fraser Road, Patna, Mob:0612-2200786") as on 29th May. But after repeated followup I didn't get my mobile after repair.

It waste our energy physically and mentally. I have already visited 3 times but no one taking proper response.

Please help me so that I'll get my mobile as soon as possible.
