Replacement of the handset

I purchased one fly mobile set (with dual sim) in December.

The handset stopped charging in the month of April and I got it repaired from your authorized service centre at Sector-35 Chandigarh.

Again in the month of July it stopped working and the set was got repaired through service centre at Sector-35 Chandigarh and the representative informed me that the set has got repaired from Noida (head office). Both the times, the service centre took 15 days to get the set repaired and I faced a lot of difficulty due to non availability of my phone.

But I am very sorry to inform you that at present the speaker of the phone is not working and some times the phone is not working properly.

As I am facing a lot of problem due to the problems which are occuring in my handset, I request your good self to look into the matter personally and guide me how can I get my set replaced so that I can use the set without any difficulty.

I shall highly appreciate you if you find a solution to the problem. An early and positive reply is awaited please.
