'joystick is not working

Dear sir/ma'am,

I am Pritesh Randhale, wanted to put a complain about the order for joystick of Fly b450 given in men in black telecom in thane on 11th oct the mobile is with warrenty, its more than 35 days & they jus been giving false commitments every time rather than services, so i jus would like to know is that order in process or not?

iI hope the company will look into this matter & solve the issue ASAP.
