Fly mobile not working

I, Dhoop Singh bought a cell phone fly DS 210 on nov 21. Till feb this is not function well. I have given this handset many times to fly care centre rohtak. They did not care well and try to make fun of the persons. There is a problem in charging, display and in network. The details of complaints as follows-

They always used keep the cell phone for a month or more. Now the situation is that they took my phone on August 20 and till now they have not given any kind of receiving and do not pick up my call. They are causing mental harrasment to me.
