Fly mobile MC 120
Connector defect unabled to repair by your authorised service centre who collected Rs.500

I purchased Fly mobile MC120 from THE MOBILE STORE at A.S.RAO nagar Hyderabad in the month October. after six months it started giving charging trouble. It isidentified as connector defect. I approached authorised service centre.

They collected Rs.500 and attended. But now charging trouble could not be restored properly in addition speaker failed.what suitable step should I take now or what responsibility can the company shoulder in the interest of customer satisfaction.
