MOBILE DEAD N NO RESPOSIBLE PERSON AT HYD FOR CUSTMERS

Espacted sir,

i have purchase A fly mobile handset, model c250, color - gray black, purchase on 18.03.2010

imei no:-100000.9a32748c from satyam mobiles, sadar bazar, sirsa. after 15 days i found the set not working so i handover the handset to the Fly service center (SAI MOBILES, hardy complex, opp. charmas, near paradise, secundrabad). for repairng,

On till date today 18 may 10 they don't give me hanset.

when i went to the service center as on 10-05-10 .there no any responsible person who's tell me about my handset.i many time contect with servise cneter manger Mr prakash n fly hyd manager Mr vankat but still the problem is same.i also call to custmer care there also no any response about my hand set.while contacting to the service center i was in contact with this follwing person

01204141640 (NOIDA)(ALL INDIA FLY HELP LINE NUMBER) now this no is not working

THOUGH THE SET is with sevice center the warranty will be passed & i could not find my set back till date today..

plz tell what i do... how i claims to company...

plz give me a proper response...
