Fly mobile(V100i)
Display not coming

I had purchased one Fly mobile (V100i) set from Suchitra Communication, Rourkela on 12/01. There was display problem in my set for which I had given the set to local service centre (Smile Services, Bisra Road, Rourkela) on 27/11 (TAG/CALL No. CP/01/1477) for repair. Though they are telling me every time that the set will be returned within 15 days, till date I have n't received my set. When asked, their reply is also not satisfactory. I had tried to contact to Kolkotta & Delhi but the phone nos. shown in the books are responded as not in use. Even once I sent one mail to flycare@merediantelecom.com which has returned back to me for the reason wrong mailing address.

Hope an early response action from fly group.
