After sale no serivice

I am gifted Flyphyone-SX200..by my son..its cost was Rs.3400/- just 2 years back... now the point is, a battery pack is daulty... I have pair Rs.200/-(50%advance) to CGX, GF-1, NAND, B/H DANDIAMBAZAR, BEHIND BANK OF BARODA.TEL.2410141) as I was demanded..on 16/7, and told to collect the pack after 7 days... uptonow,

nothing has be done..even on phone, they never reply... as this tendencay seen in many,
