MY PHONE IS GOING TO SWITCHED OFF

Dear SIr,

My Name is Shyamveer, I am Using a Handset of Fly, V-90. I have Bought it last Year, but it is not working Properly, it is always switched off automaticaly and again switched on. I have submit this handset in GNH Telcom in sec-18, Noida, also but they guys has told me that here is any software Problem, and they had solve the problem, then after some months again I am facing same problem, and i aproach to GNH Telcom they said that this is because your handset is damaged, so your warranty is avoid we can not halp you,

right now my handset is not working. i have bought a new battery also because I thought that may be the falt is from the battery, they had charge me 600 Rs.

but still it is not working.

Kindly tell me what to do.
