Battery Back Up & Mother Board Problem

I have purchase samsung mobile model no 3310 from local shop in Pune Maharashtra, as on 07.11. from first day mobile had a problem in Battery back up & Mother board. I give my mobile in your Samsung Mibile Services centre at Shop No 5, 1 st Floor, The Millennium, Nal Stop, Karve Road, Pune-411004. Phone No 020-30292785 on 29.12.2010. But till today proble had not solve. Every day I enquired about my moblie on phone call or personal visit but not any response from them. It required to replace mother board but not any action will be taken from them. Every day they gives various reasons. So i want to solutions from you. In particular service centre servcies is not good. Very sorry to say. Thanking you.
