BREAKDOWN OF MACHINE AND NO RESPONSE FROM THE SUPPLIER

We purchased a HOT & COLD WATER DISPENCER WITH RO SYSTEM Brand -AQUA, Capacity- 15 LPM from Fresco Water solutions, (an appliance division of Pushpanjali International) against their Invoice No. FWS/27588/10-11 Dated Mach 28 for Rs.18500.00. The unit is installed at our office at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.

Since July 2 the machine is not working and on 5th July we contacted the company's contact person Mr. Deepak Jain on his mobile No.9322747622 and made a complain and requested him to arrange for service of the machine. Mr. Deepak Jain promised to send service Engineer within two days. We used to call him on his mobile every alternate day to remind him about our complaint and get his assurance of resolving our complaint immediately.

For the last two days he is not responding to our calls. There is no response from the other telephone numbers mentioned in their Invoice.
