Vegetables, fruits & milk gets rotten and leading to financial loss (2-3 times in a week cold water & ice is not available

Dear Sir,

It is for your information that a technician has visited today for attending complaint. He has failed to diagnose the problem also he has not brought the spare parts to repair lower door handle of fridge already communicated to you vide e-mail dt.16th Sep’10

Please take appropriate action to solve my long pending issue since June as vegetables, fruits & milk gets rotten and leading to financial loss (2-3 times in a week cold water & ice is not available as when required for guests.

I have taken the product with very high esteem & brand image of videocon (as I have also the two TV and washing machine of videocon) but now cursing myself that why I have purchased this fridge.
