Refrigerator repair not done in last 3 months

Three months back my refrigerator stopped working, so I called person Ghouse Khan from "Frost Zone" for repair. He came and took Rs. 1000 from and took one part from refrigerator with him. Now its more than 3 months and he did not came back to repair that. Everytime I call him he says he is coming, But he did'nt turned up.

The problem is that I can not show my refrigerator to someone else because he took one part from my refrigerator with him.
