Many function not working properly

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had order one mobile set on home shop after see on the tv mobile set name is fujezone worth rs.@ 6000/-recieved mobile set after one week. many function not working this set for example (touch screen, not connect bluetooth, charge pin brake inside packet, audio & video quality is very bad totally mobile set is very bad. I had call to home shop customer care return back this set customer executive speak me return back nakamichi company situated at saidulajab. I had return with all accessories on 24th nov.2009 i have acknowledgement & nakamichi manager his name is Mr. Kapoor his no. is 9811934666 speak me your refund cheque sent at your home within 10 days but not any refund find till date. My order no.-701918573 & complaint no. is 2517943 many time call to home shop & nakmichi manager but not responce till date.
