Not working from first day

Dear sir,

I have placed an order:900566161 of fujezone mobile on 10-9-10.and paid through c card.but I got a faulty mobile on 27-9-10 which is not working.i am returening through curier.please send me either perfect set or refund the money.i have informed your customer care also on the same day.a/c74099.
