Defective set mobile

Dear sir,

i bought an i phone of fuzezone from hom eshop 18.they have send defective set the order no was-900566161.then i gave com plain to them. and you also. they told me to send it back . after one month i got the same set again which is not working.

i paid full amount of 4999 through icici credit card.now they are not giving any response also.
