Tuch paid not working proparly

I have one fujezone true touch mobile but after 3 month it has problem with

touch paid not working properly as per telephonic talk with homeshope18

customer care he said go to setting and set calibrastion then problem will

solve but i do like that but yet problem not solve . so plz tell what's i do.
