This is to inform you that I had ordered the product Fujezone X-Plore Full Touch Screen Mobile and paid the amount which was delivered to me on 27th June through NAAPTOL based on the Advertisement in Times of India, Bangalore Edition. On 1st July, the Mobile touch screen is not working at all. Since this is defective product, I request you to replace the same or refund the amount at the earliest. The complaint was given to the company and no action still taken.
