Fully automatic W M AW 7233
Top lid damaged due toHeavy vibration

This is in continuation to my all previous complaints lodged telephonically, in this connection it is again intimated that there is heavy vibration in the machine due to which top lid of the machine has been damaged. your representitive attended machine on 05.03.10 to repair this machine but could not repair, instead he insisted to mix different stuff of cloths for washing e.g. childern's, ladie's & gent's cloths to avoid this problem of heavy vibration . upon his suggestion i went through the operation mannual of this machine wherein i did not find any such suggestion/recommendation. I there fore contected telephonically to the area manager at chandigarh who till date have not responded to my problem.

Now this machine is beyond repairs, as such it is requested to replace this machine at once since this machine is within the warrenty period.
