Ordered an AC but they did not delivered

I have orderred a AC from futurebazaar.com, order number is 5016159403 on 3rd february.

They have promissed us to deliver within 7 days,

After 7 days i did not get my AC so i called to customer care to know status.

I got shocking answer that they dont have AC in stock and agaist 1 ton LG AC, they asked my to accept 1.5 ton wirlpool AC!

I was very surprised that how come they react after 7 days that they dont have AC in stock

I am very disappoint with their service and i request everyone that dont buy anything from futuregroup, they have rubbished service
