Future bazaar / Bigbazar cheating Indian citizen

Dear Sir / Madam,

I would like to inform that I purchased one Kodak Digital Camera from Future bazaar on 17-08. The cost of Kodak Easyshare C142 camera is Rs. 6999/- with 2 GB Card, Batter charger & Camera Pouch at Future bazaar / Bigbazar shop.

I received Silver colour camera without 2 GB Card, Batter charger & Camera Pouch. But on Kodak EasyShare C142 Camera box it is clearly written that camera “with 2 GB Card, Batter charger & Camera Pouch”.

But Future Bazaar claiming that special price items (Rs. 3490/- with 50% discount) is without accessories.

After that I came to know that the cost of Kodak Easyshare C142 camera is Rs 4500/- with 2 GB Card, Batter charger & Camera Pouch at Kodak authorized dealers shop. The cost of 2 GB Card, Batter charger & Camera Pouch is Rs. 1000/- (approx). So the camera’s cost is Rs. 3500/- without 2 GB Card, Batter charger & Camera Pouch.

Basically Future Bazaar discount is zero but claiming 50% discount. So Future bazaar / Bigbazar is cheating Indian citizen.

Please look into the matter and take necessary action.
