Future Bazaar/LG K335 mobile Phone
The mobile phone is giving a lot trouble now

Dear Sir,

Bought a LG K335 mobile phone from future Bazaar less than a month back which is giving a lot of problems. The battery back up is very poor. Inspite of minimum use the battery is getting exhausting soon. The Mobile Phone is also getting switched off in between without any reason. I wrote a mail tofuture Bazaar for a relacement or a refund but they refused citing reasons that as the time period of 15 days is now complete for a relacement and refund. What should I do now.
